We have some fantastic volunteers helping with the moulage this year and are doing this with zero funding. To support them and to enhance the work they can do, it would be great if we could make a small donation, this event is free and running on zero budget so this would help hugely.

ACCOMMODATION: Due to essential refurbishment and emergency building works at Bovington, availability of military accommodation is critically low. 

Non-Bovington Service Personnel who have Chain of Command approval to attend, and who wish to BID for accommodation must email Project PACKINGTON

Bids must be received by 25th MAY 2026       Bidders will be notified either way 1st June 2026

Bids will allocated to appropriate Messes / accommodation and triaged by distance.

Bookings will be three nights  22, 23, 24 June - Marching out / Vacating accommodation before Day 3's activities.

There is no capacity, even PAYD, for Non-Bovington Personnel to feed at Allenby or Stanley Barracks.  In response, Greggs at Bovington is open 0700-1800.  There will be high quality commercial catering for the Exercise  on Bovington Training Area (BTA)
